One Step Personal Injury Relief

When you’ve been injured in a car accident, slip and fall, or other personal injury, the effects can linger long after the initial incident. Pain, stiffness, headaches, and limited movement can disrupt your daily life — but the right chiropractic care can help you recover naturally and fully.

Our Treatments

Cold Laser Therapy

We utilize cold laser therapy to help aid in tissue repair and relief from pain and
inflammation. Cold laser therapy uses low wavelengths of light targeted towards your body’s tissue to alleviate pain caused by injury or aging and accelerate the healing process.

Muscle Stimulation (E-Stim)

Muscle stimulation therapy, or e-Stim, is a therapeutic treatment that applies
electrical stimulation to treat pain and muscle spasms. At Living Harmony Personal we use this therapy to help build strength and prevent atrophy in
patients with muscle injuries.

Myofascial Release

We offer an alternative medicine therapy called myofascial release that is used for
treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain. This is a hands-on treatment that utilizes gentle, sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to relax contracted muscles, improve blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulates the stretch reflex in muscles.

Trigger Point Therapy

The use of massage for trigger point therapy on a regular basis can help naturally manage pain and stress from chronic injuries. Pressure is applied to a trigger point long enough to release and relax the muscle. This increases blood flow to the muscle to allow normalization and bring it back to a health state.

A Thoughtful Approach

We understand that personal injuries can be stressful — physically, emotionally, and financially. Our team works closely with medical providers and attorneys to ensure thorough documentation of your injuries and treatment progress. Whether your case involves insurance claims or legal documentation, we’ll help simplify the process so you can focus on healing. Science and research shows that healing from soft tissue injuries can take 1-2 years to heal. We typically see people in the
acute phase of injury. We try to provide weekly treatment for 2-3 months and
release the client. During that time, we will order appropriate diagnostic testing
to determine the cause of your injuries. Additionally, we will refer patients to other health
care providers (i.e. orthopedists, physical therapists, neurologists, etc) to make
sure you receive the best possible care for your injuries.
